A third branch of The Roost coffee bar opened in mid-September at 1675 Robb Drive, next to Casa Grande.
Owner April Clark opened the first location, a drive-thru on Booth Street, in March 2017, and the second, inside Reno Orthopedic Center, in 2021. Her daughter, Gabby Clark, now a co-owner, said this third location has its own storefront and seating.
The new digs will also allow the mother-daughter duo to start roasting their own beans. Gabby said coffee from Guatemala, Costa Rica and Brazil will go into The Roostโs own espresso, house and decaf blends, and that the team plans to incorporate other origins and feature a new one once a month. The shop also offers bagels and muffins from My Favorite Muffin, lunch wraps and donuts from Mother of Macros, and pastries from Belovedโs Bread.
