Pussy Velour is punk in its true form. The Reno rockers sing about kicking people in the balls and getting sucked dry—and their live shows are raucous and rowdy. You can catch the band performing as part of Rock Against Racism: A Mutual Aid Benefit Show at the BlueBird Nightclub on Saturday, Aug. 20. For more details on the band, visit pussyvelour.com. Wolfgang Hendrix is the engaging frontman of the group.
