Rail City Garden Center and News Talk 780 KKOH will host the volunteer Spring Cleanup Day at Washoe County’s Wilbur D. May Arboretum. Workshops on rose care and tree pruning start at 9 a.m. Bring hand pruners, loppers and a small folding hand saw. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. March 31, 9 a.m.-noon.
