Subtle aesthetic improvements have been made recently to the University of Nevada, Reno campus–most notably, the new eco-friendly electronic sign on the corner of North Virginia and 15th streets outside Lawlor Events Center. A much-needed update for the venue and university, the sign replaces the former 100,000-bulb display and now boasts an LED screen intended to improve readability and decrease energy use. It will feature updates and events for Lawlor and the university.
