GReNO, which describes itself as “Northern Nevada’s sustainable publication” is following its publisher Morgan Tiar. After Tiar closed the doors in December to EcoReno, a store that sold eco-friendly products, she was hired at Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, and the quarterly appeared to have faded away. But GReNO’s Facebook page last week announced the publication will be “back on the stands soon” and “is now a project of Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful.”
GReNO typically features content from advertisers and local experts writing about their fields. Tiar says her intent with it is to raise awareness about local environmental issues.
