1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
? oz. Irish Cream
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Dash Simple Syrup
4 Cups ice
Blend until smooth.
NUTTY IRISHMAN
Baileys Irish Cream
Frangelico
Swirl over ice, then strain into shot glass.
NEVADA COCKTAIL
1 1/2 oz. Light rum
1 oz. Grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1 Dash bitters
4 tsp. Powdered sugar
Shake with ice then strain into a glass. Top with grapefruit wedge.
