Washoe County Regional Parks and Open Space and www.1moe.com’s concert series continues this week with the bluesy rock of Big Head Todd and the Monsters and the laid-back tunes of Toad the Wet Sprocket (pictured). The latter band found success in the early 1990s with hit singles such as “All I Want,” “Walk on the Ocean” and “Fall Down.” The group disbanded in 1998 but has intermittently regrouped for shows since 2002. The concert begins 8 p.m. Aug. 18 at Hawkins Amphitheater at Bartley Ranch Regional Park, 6000 Bartley Ranch Road. Tickets are $50-$60. Call 828-6642 or visit www.1moe.com.
