A French student (Romain Duris) goes to school in Barcelona, where he shares an apartment with a variety of students from different parts of Europe. The clash of traditions and sensibilities makes for some good laughs in this mostly intelligent comedy from writer-director Cedric Klapisch. While advertising campaigns have boasted the presence of Amelie star Audrey Tautou, she has one of the smaller roles in the film. So Tautou fans beware because the film will not provide your fix. The film features a variety of languages and subtitles, so bring your reading glasses and thinking caps.
