Unfounded abuse?
The RN&R received calls this week reporting the misuse of municipal equipment—specifically, the use of a fire engine to display “Ron Dreher for City Council” signs.

To keep Dreher from being unfairly stigmatized, since the fire engine has been seen all over town, we want to report that the truck is privately owned, and the license plates—reported to us as EX0029—are actually antique fire engine plates with the number 0029 (no EX).
