Calling all classic rock fans: Megastars Alice Cooper, Sting and Cheap Trick played Reno this fall, and photo editor David Robert was front and center to get some fantastic images.

Steven Meyer from the Nevada Gay Men’s Chorus said that after the COVID pandemic, audiences craved performances with more dancing, more action and more laughs. The group, now in its second decade, is preparing to deliver all of those during its Dec. 8 and 9 concerts at Hug High School. 

In Ridley Scott’s new movie, Napoleon, Napoleon Bonaparte is a grand figure, and Joaquin Phoenix flavors his characterization with some wacky, childish and eccentric personality traits at times, yet it all seems a bit “edited.” Here’s the full review from movie guy Bob Grimm.
