Lorie Line, a graduate in piano performance from the University of Nevada, Reno, brings her talents back to Reno for a New Year’s Eve performance at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts. Line has been featured on CNN and in Billboard Magazine. The Minneapolis Star Tribune wrote that Line “mixes the sincerity and showmanship of Garth Brooks with the flamboyance of a G-rated Prince and the style of a wholesome Shania Twain.” This year’s show features bagpipes, African percussion, tubas and a mandolin.
