Participants are encouraged to “Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food,” at the Nevada Small Farm Conference, Thursday through Saturday, March 10-12. The program will explore topics from local honey, beef, fruit and egg production to soil, composting, business planning, urban and school gardens, and more.
